Salon Policies

Scheduling

* All new clients are required to schedule a complimentary consultation
appointment prior to hair services.
* Forms of payment accepted are cash, credit cards,or checks.
* Please bring images of your desired hair style to your consultation.
* Please let me know all the services you need so I can schedule enough
time and extra services can be added to future appointments.


SERVICES

* Please remove your hairstyles prior to coming in for your appointment.
* If you need your style removed, please schedule an appointment for a
style removal.
* There is an hourly charge to remove styles and extensions.

CANCELLATIONS

* Please give me 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your
appointment.
* If appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours there will be $25 fee
for the stylists inconvenience. Deposit will be held for first time
clients who do not cancel within 24 hours.
* Future appointments cannot be scheduled until $25 no show fee is
received.

LATENESS

* If you are OVER 15 min late for your appointment, I may need to adjust
services being done, cancel or reschedule your appointment. If
appointment needs to be rescheduled because of lateness a $25 late fee
will be charged.

* For your convenience all appointments are confirmed via email and/or
text.

* Showing up early will not guarantee earlier service.


YOUR SATISFACTION

As your salon professional is it ALWAYS my goal that you're completely
satisfied with your services. If for any reason you are not fully
satisfied please give me a call within 48 hours and I will make every
effort to resolve your concerns to the best of my abilities as soon as
possible. You've Got Curls and Hair Loss Center does not offer refunds.
